Life can be challenging, and you don’t have to go it alone! Sometimes we expect the challenges and other times, they’re just unexpected. Speaking from personal experience, I’ve had to navigate through grief and loss, infidelity and divorce, post-divorce motherhood, menopause and the constant need to evaluate and re-evaluate my path in life and personal well-being. Change is the only constant. If you are feeling stuck , lost or like you’re on a hamster wheel- let me help you! My goal is to work with individuals to help them get from where they are to where they want to be by developing coping skills grounded in personal strengths.
