My practice is grounded in the belief that greater insight into our emotions, thoughts, and motivations can bring us closer to our highest selves. I provide a judgment-free space where clients can build self-compassion and feel that their voices are heard. I work with a wide range of clients, but my specialties include perfectionism, difficulty establishing identity and purpose, coping with effects of systemic oppression and discrimination, life transitions, and relationship conflict.
