I am passionate about empowering individuals, couples, and families to pursue meaningful, connected relationships. I have experience working with social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, ADHD, parent-child relationships, family transitions, grief, blended families, couples therapy, and attachment issues. My ideal client is anyone ready to lean into the places they feel stuck in life and to seek change. I have a special place in my heart for working with individuals who navigate life with disabilities, who deal with challenges related to cultural identity, or who bear stress from issues of social injustice.
