Our desire is not always clear and can paralyze us. This can create discomfort or suffering that we don't really understand or can't make sense of. Our jobs, friends, families and relationships can suffer because of this. I work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, panic, overwhelming feelings or moods, and obsessional compulsions amongst others. I also work with people going through changes or periods of questioning in their identity and sexuality.
