Therapy is for anybody that has a desire to change or grow. It is not always easy to identify our specific issues, needs, and goals. However, most can identify when something just isn't working right. We can work together to uncover the ins and outs of your problems, then create a plan to address them. Therapy is not about making life’s challenges disappear. It is about growing and becoming better equipped to handle these challenges. Depression, anxiety, relationship problems, addiction, and so on, are all difficult but common human experiences. Life can be difficult, but you don't have to face it alone.
