I have a particular passion for helping individuals navigate gender-specific issues, anxiety, substance use, and depression. Drawing from psychodynamic theory and an attachment-based perspective, we’ll work together to explore the roots of your struggles, deepen your self-understanding, and develop meaningful tools to face life’s challenges. With ten years of experience in substance use counseling, I also incorporate CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based skills to provide personalized, practical support. My goal is to meet you where you are—helping you heal, grow, and thrive at your own pace.
