Some of these strengths may be affected by traumatic events, environmental stressors, internal/external conflicts (identity and personal beliefs), mental health and medical challenges. My style consists of providing a compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed lens that allows my clients the ability to identify their goals and restore a sense of control back in their lives.
