In my practice, I work with adults and adolescents who struggle to express their innermost needs and values. I treat individuals who suffer from persistent anxiety and depression, feelings of unlovability and shame, and those frightened of conflict and lacking the language to repair. My patients tend to find themselves in cycles of self-sabotage and unfulfilling intimate relationships—while simultaneously seeking reciprocity and deep understanding. They might find it hard to take a shape.
