I work with individuals who are struggling with stressful and overwhelming school, work, and life transitions. Individuals may experience pressures to perform, difficulty adjusting to change and uncertainty of what their next steps may be. I offer emotional support, coping strategies for stress and anxiety. As well as a safe space for clients to work through and talk about their challenges. I work with clients to help them feel more confident, better manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and more effectively navigate transitions.
