Welcome! Know that you do not not have to face what you’re experiencing alone; I would be honored to join you on your path and help carry the weight of these experiences and feelings. Together we will identify the root causes of the issue(s), and then, empower you to find the wellness and healing you deserve. I aim to personalize my approach with each of my clients in order to help you cultivate the life you want to live. I earned both of my degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Counseling, from Arizona State University. I specialize in working with adults and couples and use different approaches, like: Emotion Focused Therapy for couples and individuals (EFT & EFiT), Mindfulness, & I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
