I have had the privilege of working as a therapist for the past 34 years, supporting adults, adolescents and families on their mental health journeys. My primary goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, hea, respected, and empowered to explore their concerns. I work with individuals aged 14 and up, and my approach is collaborative—I help clients identify their personal goals and partner with them to achieve lasting change. I believe in meeting each person where they are, allowing space for processing, and teaching practical coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges more effectively.
