As a trauma therapist, I work with clients to reprocess painful experiences, improve their relationship with themselves and others, and experience transformational change through EMDR, Coherence Therapy, and IFS informed parts work. Whether you're experiencing relationship issues, struggling with boundary setting, or dealing with social anxiety and low self worth, we will work together to better understand and show compassion to the parts of you that feel hardest to embrace.
