We also offer evaluations & documentation for: ADHD, legal/court, work related, (including Short Term Disability), school, medical (psych) clearance for surgeries, and pets (ESA &/or service dog documentation.) We limit the number of patients we take so you will not be left waiting in a packed waiting room ever (we respect your time!) nor will it be impossible to schedule appointments when you need one. There is a clinician on duty 24/7 for crisis & emergencies.
