About

As the Director of the SIAMHC, I am committed to addressing the needs and goals of adolescents and families throughout New York City. I provide individual psychotherapy to tweens, teens, and young adults (ages 10 to 24), as well as family therapy for caregivers. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care and Ivy League clinical training, while remaining collaborative. I specialize in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I treat mood disorders, anxiety disorders, school avoidance, parent-child conflict, and emotional dysregulation.
