I aim to help clients understand their strengths and struggles, values and goals, and to make mindful, healthy choices. I have specialized training in anxiety disorders, issues related to parenting and caregiving, women's issues, and age-related struggles. My work is person-centered, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive.
