I support clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, intergenerational stress, and nervous system regulation. I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed online therapy to help individuals heal, reconnect, and build lasting resilience. I specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR, postpartum mental health, and therapy for women of color and BIPOC adults. Sessions are available in Oakland and across California via telehealth. As a therapist for women of color in Oakland and the Bay Area, I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, identity stress, and relationship challenges. Using EMDR and trauma-informed techniques, I help reduce anxiety, process past wounds, strengthen self-worth, and create meaningful growth.
