Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I would like to provide you with an environment where you can not only share your past life experiences and current stressors but also shed what is no longer serving you to become the best version of yourself. I am a bilingual (Spanish) therapist who works with individuals who are being impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have found that my approach is a good fit for adolescents, young adults, and established adults who are working through trauma, managing anxiety and/or depression, and experiencing life transitions.
