You're here because you've been through a lot. Maybe some difficult relationships, trauma, losses or illness. So far you've been able to keep going. Maybe you've been in therapy before, but just talking it out hasn't quite worked out the way you hoped. You want to keep working on yourself, but you're looking for a different approach to therapy. I believe that lasting psychological change comes from two main components: awareness and choice. I cultivate a nurturing space to help you gain awareness of the patterns that prevent you from moving forward. Together we can find ways of choosing new ways of living.
