I believe in helping people in a warm, supportive, environment to discover and understand how life's difficulties affect us and how we can develop coping skills to deal with these problems. I work with individuals and couples facing relationship issues, life crises, change, loss, anxiety and depression. I am a seasoned Clinical Social Worker, Gestalt Psychotherapist and Addiction Specialist focusing on how addiction affects thinking and behavior in both the individual and families. I work with people from adolescents to older people with an emphasis on ageing wisely. I see people on telehealth. I accept most insurance plans.
