I am here to listen with empathy as I try to see the world from your view. I want to help you change your unwanted thoughts, feelings, and action. Throughout our lives people go through hard times. Perhaps we were bullied or in a car accident, we had a poor childhood or past abuse. If the event was repetitive or shocking our mind gets stuck. Then anything that reminds us of the event brings back the feeling, thoughts anger or pain. When we reprocess the stuck trauma with BLS (EMDR, tappers, or headphones), with the knowledge of the present, we can let go of the feelings of the past. I can help you get to the root of your issues, and reprocess through it with bilateral stimulation. People hold on to trauma; big T (abuse), or small t, ( getting bullied by your siblings). Once reprocessed our mind is able to put the event in our history and let go of the triggers to facilitate change.
