What makes my practice different? I approach wellness as creating a healthy connection between the mind and the body and accept people as whole beings, meeting them where they are at the moment. I bring 40 years experience as a Registered Nurse. I’ve worked in various settings such as hospitals, trauma units and home care. The many years of counseling people through acute and chronic illnesses has given me insight on the importance of mental health. I utilize several methods to help people recover from PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, loss, low self-esteem, ADHD, or are facing professional or personal challenges.
