My goal is to help you feel lighter, more confident, and more connected to yourself and others — all while keeping the process genuine, supportive, and maybe even a little fun along the way. In your first session with me, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming conversation where we get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any goals or concerns you have. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what’s been working (or not) for you so far.
