As a relationship therapist, I am committed to the enhancement and the healing of distressed relationships. I see busy professionals who care about life and relationships and who are seeking greater and deeper emotional connection with those in their lives. It is my goal to help others improve their communication, resolve relationship conflict, and deepen personal intimacy. I see individuals, couples, and families. I am upbeat yet compassionate, patient yet encouraging, book smart and trained, as well as intuitive and experienced. My primary orientation and training is Emotionally Focused Therapy. It is a relational and attachment based model. I also have training in Life Span Integration and Internal Family Systems. When working with people I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where people can explore their lives and activate their healing potential.
