My patients come to treatment to open up repressed parts of themselves. Sometimes, my patients are struggling to integrate family backgrounds, religious,or cultural with their lives today. They have often succeeded in their professional lives but feel stuck in their romantic or interpersonal lives.My patients usually bring a curiosity about how their history effects their present lives.They are interested in engaging in a treatment which examines this closely in order to understand why they are feeling blocked and to open up a greater sense of inner freedom in order to live more meaningful and fuller lives.
