Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Starting therapy can be a daunting process. I take a collaborative approach so that together, we create change that leads to a life well lived. I use a several therapeutic modalities that serve as a set of tools that can support you in the most challenging seasons of your life. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with influences from Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Jungian/Depth Psychology. Our therapeutic relationship will be used as an agent for change and together we will develop meaningful goals that get you closer to where you want to be!
