I am a clinical social worker trained in Gestalt Therapy, which offers a holistic and existential approach to understanding human experience. I conduct therapy in French (fluently) and English. I am trained in Insight Meditation and mindfulness, which can help you cope with difficult emotions and life stresses. I am experienced with trauma, issues of loss, depression, belonging and separateness, and life transitions. I believe we have what we need in our bodies, minds and souls to heal from past wounds, cope with present problems, and shape a life according to our deepest needs and wishes.
