I work with clients as they navigate life transitions, pregnancy, new parenthood, perimenopause, natural and surgical menopause, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and executive functioning challenges. I am intimately aware of the lack of support many experience when facing these issues and my goal is to provide therapeutic experiences where clients feel seen, understood and supported. My approach is eclectic and collaborative, and focuses on your goals, strengths, and capacity for growth. My work is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, relational dynamics, psychodynamic exploration, and skill-building.
