English | español I am a psychotherapist committed to providing culturally appropriate mental health services for the Latinx, LGBTQ+ and Spanish-speaking community. My work focuses on helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use/abuse, trauma, and attachment disorders. I also work with youth (16-25 years old) with prodromal schizophrenia. Mental wellness is not often talked about, dealt with or even addressed at all within the Latinx community.
