My passion is working with teenagers and young adults experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Through experience with my clients, I have developed a deep understanding of how maladaptive thoughts and beliefs can affect an individual’s well-being. My desire as a therapist is to foster hope and growth for people through the approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. I am credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Michigan. I am also trained in the state of MI to provide Clinical Supervision to LLPC's. My services include working in individual and family counseling with adolescents and young adults. Specializing in interpersonal growth, I can teach you strategies and coping skills to navigate through stress and life transitions, improve self-esteem, alleviate depression and anxiety, heal your most important relationships, and more.
