Pain is real, but so is the Hope. Too many times we focus on our current pain and can't see past it to the healing and growth that come. Sometimes you just need someone to come along side of you and help, that's what I'm here for. I specialize in areas of trauma, adjustment, addiction and domestic violence with adults, children and families. I believe in destroying the negative labels that we place on ourselves in order to fulfill the roles we choose such as parent, spouse, bother/sister and such. Problems large or small, old or new, should not hold us back from where we need to be.
