Trauma is an interesting part of life, you are not expecting it, and you barely understand it. Now you are forced to deal with it. Or even to deal with many other Mental Health issues. I have experienced enough trauma, Grief and Loss, sadness, and Depression to last a lifetime, from childhood issues to adult issues. However, I had to build a team; you would call this team a support system, much like what you are doing by reading my profile. You want to build your (Team) Support system, and you are not alone. It is easy to fight your battles alone and to suffer in silence. I want you to know that you do not have to. Area of Focus includes: Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Loss, Behavioral Disorders, PTSD, Parenting, Psychosis, and Childhood/Adult Trauma, all from a Trauma and Multicultural informed perspective. Personality issues, such as Passive aggression. I am very much eclectic in my approach. I blend various Modalities of therapy to make a perfect recipe for you.
