As a depth therapist, I believe many of our challenges stem from unconscious patterns shaping our lives in ways we may not fully recognize. Working with individuals and couples, I integrate relational, psychodynamic, and Jungian modalities to help uncover these hidden dynamics. Drawing on Jungian concepts, I guide clients in dream work, encountering and integrating repressed aspects of themselves, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional freedom. Our struggles—whether in relationships, work, or self-identity—often reflect deeper unconscious forces that, once brought into awareness, can be understood, accepted and transformed.
