Life happens and sometimes you are just stuck and not sure which way to go. I have been there. This is one reason I went into this field. My desire is to help women navigate through certain seasons in life where at times the task seems impossible. Through my past experiences I am able to empathize with struggles of anxiety, depression, shame and overthinking decisions. I'm here to help you discover your true self, deal with shame that may be holding you back, help you manage relationship issues and move forward from past events. It takes work. It will not be easy, but I am here to help you every step of the way.
