I have had a full time private practice for 40 years first in NYC and then in Woodstock, N.Y. and work in an eclectic, multi-dimensional, creative way that is grounded in experience, practice, theory and open-mindedness. My training is based in interpersonal and self-psychology, psychoanalytic psychotherapy as well as mindfulness-based psychology. My knowledge of meditation, yoga and dance enables me to understand the complex nature of the mind/body connection as it relates to overall healing.
