As a bilingual and multicultural psychotherapist, I am passionate about walking alongside adolescents and adults as they explore, reconnect with, and reauthor the lived stories shaping their mental health and well-being. I see every life as a rich and meaningful narrative, filled with experiences that deserve authentic curiosity and care. Over the years, my intersecting identities have enabled me to connect deeply with individuals carrying pain from their childhood wounds, family, friendships, past traumatic memories, the weight of systemic and community challenges.
