My name is Evlin Abed and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. One of my core beliefs in therapy is that people can make changes in their thoughts, perceptions, and behaviors to improve their overall functioning and quality of life. My approach is to provide a safe and caring environment with unconditional positive regard to facilitate and support meaningful life changes. I have extensive experience providing therapeutic services in inpatient and outpatient settings to adults, young adults, and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties in coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
