You may be experiencing constant worry, racing thoughts, poor sleep, irritability, impulsive reactions, or difficulty coping with loss or mourning. I provide therapy for preteens through older adults, supporting depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and life stressors. Services are available in person and virtually in Mississippi, with online therapy in Indiana, Rhode Island, and Iowa. Change is possible, with the right support, we can build coping and emotional regulation skills to help you feel more balanced and in control of your life.
