Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right fit matters. I believe that healing happens within safe relationships and I aim to provide a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and encouraged to move toward lasting change. I work with individual adults, children, couples, and families navigating relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Many of my clients feel stuck and unsure where to begin but want to understand themselves, build stronger connections, and feel better.
