Ewa provides psychotherapy to adolescents (beginning at age 13), individual adults, and couples seeking relationship counseling. She offers an integrative blend of therapeutic approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Treatment. In addition to her clinical skills, Ewa is fluent in Polish and Russian, allowing her to provide a culturally sensitive and strength-based therapeutic environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
