Hi there! I believe therapy can serve as a space for clients to rediscover who they are or aspire to be. Although self-discovery may seem simple, it often demands a profound level of vulnerability and honesty, which can be challenging to face alone. My goal is to foster a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can openly reflect on their needs, desires, anxiety, life stressors, and aspirations for fulfillment. I practice a client-centered approach, meaning I meet you exactly where you are in your personal journey and work alongside you to uncover your strengths and areas for growth. In addition to working with individuals, I specialize in couples therapy. My training in family systems theory allows me to approach relationships with a well-rounded perspective. I utilize a collaborative, systemic, and solution-focused approach, helping couples work through challenges while strengthening their emotional connection and communication.
