I am licensed in CT, MN, NC, and SC and work with adults confronting a variety of issues which are interfering with their ability to enjoy life. Everything from the stresses of work to unresolved issues from childhood, all can severely limit how we experience our he world. Through an examination of individual values and personal beliefs I look to help people better understand themselves as a path to healing. Whether someone is a college student or high level executive, the process of self exploration coupled with the individualized application of appropriate treatment modalities allows for significant personal healing and growth.
