I specialize in Executive Function coaching for students and adults by working closely on the primary EF skills identified as Working Memory, Self-Monitoring, Organization, Planning & Prioritizing, Impulse Control, Task Initiation/Completion, Mental Flexibility and Time Management. With over twenty years of professional experience and a 2012 masters degree in educational psychology, I have helped hundreds of individuals achieve success in school & life by identifying each client's strengths & challenges, then implementing research-based best practices & practical, developmentally appropriate, customized action plans. EF coaching can be transformative. We work closely together--usually on a weekly basis--to develop new neural pathways toward the goals of increased achievement & productivity, better quality in social relationships, & more personal confidence. My work with children, middle & high school students, & adults, is productive and rewarding.
