Therapy is a space to slow down and ask the deeper questions. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns - relationships that don't feel fulfilling, anxiety about meaning or direction, or a quiet (sometimes loud) sense that life isn't lining up with who they really are. I work with individuals and couples who want to explore these concerns with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. My approach is rooted in existential therapy, which means we look beyond symptom management to the bigger themes shaping your life: identity, freedom, responsibility, connection, and purpose.
