Hi! I am Florence Herndon, founder of Exploring Change, LLC. I welcome the opportunity to work with men, women, adolescents, and couples. As a retired Army Veteran, I am comfortable working with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Whether meeting with my clients in-person or virtually, I provide a safe space that welcomes vulnerability, grace, and healing. If you are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, sleep, occupational stress, chronic illness, hopelessness, or relationships, you are not alone.
