I work with individuals aged 18 and older for individual sessions and those 15 and older in group sessions. My clinical focus areas include follow-up counseling after inpatient psychiatric hospitalization for suicidal ideation, relational issues (how a person’s awareness, or lack thereof, affects their relationships and interactions), anxiety, depression, emotional and psychological challenges related to self-concept and life purpose, life transitions, psychological trauma and abuse, selfesteem and self-worth, substance use and related issues, adoption and related issues, and Christian spirituality issues (both individual and group)
