I am a psychotherapist who specializes in the treatment of the whole person through a highly individualized approach that we will co-construct together. My approach involves taking a very thorough history but most importantly listening to your concerns. I work well with people who have both long and short term issues. I specialize in helping people who have personality disorders, alcohol/drug issues, sexuality issues and histories of trauma. As an adolescent/young adult specialist (ages 15-25) I can work with both the young person and their family and will develop a concise formulation of the dynamics that will be useful to all.
