Hello, My name is Fabiola Balderas and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Lompoc, California and work with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with toddlers, school-aged children, and adults. I specialize in infant-parent mental health (0-5 population), play therapy, behavioral/adjustment challenges, depression, anxiety, parent/child relationship issues (attachment, bonding, separation) to help my clients improve their well-being. During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming environment. I will answer any questions/concerns clients may have about receiving mental health services. We will discuss their reason for seeking support and if there are any immediate needs.
