I specialize in clients over 5 years of age that have experienced a transition in life such as high school/college and parenthood or a traumatic event such as a death, divorce, abuse, gang violence and domestic violence. I help my clients process their emotions and experiences and practice coping skills to decrease symptoms related to PTSD, depression and anxiety. In addition, I can also provide EMDR therapy. At this time, I am only accepting clients that are adults for virtual sessions .
