I have extensive experience working with adults with undisclosed childhood trauma, depression, panic attacks, and high-functioning anxiety. My background includes working in the tech sector before transitioning to a career in mental health, as well as experience in hospital settings. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen. Therapy is a collaborative process, empowering clients to guide the focus of their treatment.
