Currently accepting new clients. Saturday morning sessions are available beginning February 28 (8:00 AM–12:00 PM), with limited openings. Anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress can quietly take over your nervous system showing up as constant worry, tension, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear “fine” on the outside while internally managing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or unresolved experiences. My work focuses on helping you access calm, process past experiences safely, and regain a sense of stability, clarity, and and confidence so life feels manageable.
